June is Pride Month, and as a clinic with a culture of diversity, inclusion and equality, we celebrate the LGBTQ+ community with our staff and patients.

To us, Pride is an affinity and positive attitude towards LGBTQ+ people with whom we have an intimate connection through the fertility treatment we offer. We value and respect our LGBTQ+ staff and patients as part of our Herts & Essex Fertility Centre family.

We understand the importance of feeling valued, worthy and respected so we treat all patients with dignity, regardless of their ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, race, age, disability or religious beliefs.

Pride involves a feeling of accomplishment and in our clinic, it’s about helping others and outward promotion so by being loud & proud on social media about our support for LGBTQ+ we help to increase the visibility of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and non-binary intended parents.

Pride, as opposed to shame and social stigma, is the main driving force behind most LGBTQ+ matters, which we believe is why Pride month is such a pinnacle and liberating celebration of life.

Together, we build an inclusive culture that encourages, supports and celebrates the diversity of people – it is part of our DNA.
