Gabby joined the team at Herts & Essex in January 2018. Having worked in retail for three years, she very comfortably settled into her role as an IVF Administrator, providing support and guidance to patients over the phone on a daily basis. With her outstanding communication skills, she thrives as part of the admin team, getting to know patients through enquiries on their fertility journey. Due to Gabby’s commitment, hard work, and personal development, she has been promoted to Lead Administrator and NHS Coordinator in 2023.
