Gabby joined the team at Herts & Essex Fertility Centre in January 2018. Prior to joining the clinic, she worked in retail for three years, developing excellent customer service and communication skills which have proved invaluable in supporting fertility patients throughout their treatment journeys. Starting her career at Herts & Essex as an IVF Administrator, Gabby quickly became a valued member of the team, providing compassionate support, guidance and reassurance to patients on a daily basis. Her dedication to patient care, strong organisational skills and commitment to continuous professional development led to her promotion to Lead Administrator and NHS Coordinator in 2023.
Gabby now works as the Lead Fertility Care Coordinator / NHS Coordinator, overseeing the Fertility Care Coordinator team and managing the clinic’s NHS-funded fertility pathways. She works closely with patients, healthcare professionals and Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) to ensure a smooth and efficient journey for those undergoing NHS-funded fertility treatment. Passionate about patient experience, Gabby takes pride in providing clear communication, support and guidance throughout what can often be a complex and emotional process.
