Charlotte received her degree in Biological Science with Honors in Reproductive Biology from The University of Edinburgh. She began her training as an embryologist at Brentwood Fertility in 2010. She continued her training, completing her ACE certificate and gaining HCPC registration at Bourn Hall Clinic Colchester. In her previous position, she lead the development of the transgender fertility care program and presented her experience at the Fertility Conference in 2017. Charlotte joined Herts & Essex in September 2020.
