Caroline joined Herts & Essex in September 2015 as an Egg Donor Administrator and was promoted to Surrogacy and Egg Donation Manager in November 2023. Caroline is responsible for the smooth running of the Surrogacy and Egg Donation Programmes alongside her helpful administrator, Alyx Wilson. Before this, Caroline managed the Egg Donation program and worked as a Surrogacy coordinator, dealing with varied enquiries from patients seeking fertility treatment through donation and surrogacy.
