Caitlin joined Herts & Essex Fertility Centre in 2026, bringing experience from both childcare and administration. After working in a nursery for two years and later as an administrator within a mechanical engineering company, she was excited to pursue a long-standing interest in healthcare and fertility.
She is responsible for overseeing NHS semen analysis administration and enjoys supporting patients throughout their fertility journey. Being part of a team that helps individuals and couples achieve their dream of starting a family is incredibly rewarding for her, and she looks forward to continuing to learn and grow within the field of fertility.
