While the medical care is as good as any clinic we encountered, what really drew us to Herts and Essex was the staff, and most specifically Sarah Templeman. While most clinics feel like cynical businesses, Herts and Essex have a personable touch that may seem irrelevant at the start of treatment, but which has huge value as you navigate the inevitable hurdles of fertility treatment. It felt like Sarah was fully invested in our journey and there was nothing she wouldn’t do to help us at any point. We felt overwhelmingly supported and, while she always maintained supreme professionalism and expertise, the personal connection and sense that she was really rooting for us meant a huge amount. She is incredibly knowledgeable particularly with regards to surrogacy and we wouldn’t hesitate for an instant to recommend the clinic, principally because of Sarah.
