One ICSI treatment is all it took

To all the Herts & Essex team,

We would like to thank everyone at Herts & Essex who has helped our dream come true.

We had one ICSI treatment and are so pleased to announce the safe arrival, on the 5th of March, of our wonderful son William. He is the perfect addition to our family and a great little brother to his sister Sophie. She is so excited to be a big sister!

Your professionalism and passion for what you do are amazing and we felt that there was always someone there to help answer our questions.

Everyone was so welcoming, helpful and supportive, we can’t thank you enough.
