Nicola has been with us since 2006, using her exceptional organisational skills as our IVF Laboratory Administrator. She feels that the highlight of her career has been this opportunity to work towards qualification as a Healthcare Assistant and Phlebotomist (taking blood), as it enables her to enjoy increased patient interaction.
