As Clinic and Nursing Director, Sarah takes ownership of the day-to-day clinical management of the Centre, with direct responsibility for 40+ members of staff. She has 30 years of nursing experience, of which 20 years are within the fertility sector. Sarah was instrumental in setting up our Egg Sharing and Surrogacy Programmes, and had combined the running of these programmes with her role as Nurse Manager at the clinic for the past 10 years. Sarah is a qualified sonographer and has been a member of the Herts & Essex Fertility Centre nursing team since 2005. Sarah is an active member of SING (Senior Infertility Nurse Group) taking part in regular meetings with senior nurses from other units and she is currently working on the HFEA committee for ethnicity and diversity.
