Natalie graduated from The Barts school of Nursing in 2004, working in general medicine for a few years before going on to complete her Bsc in Midwifery. It was whilst talking to a mum-to-be about her IVF experience, that she developed an interest in fertility nursing. Natalie gained her fertility experience initially at The Lister Fertility Clinic in 2011 before gaining the role of deputy nurse manager at Care Fertility London. Natalie later returned to The Lister Fertility Clinic, joining the Ovum donation team. After a short break from fertility nursing, Natalie joined the team at Herts & Essex Fertility Centre as a Fertility Nurse Co-ordinator in March 2021.
